The Batema suite has a private sitting room with open fire and the Evison is a spacious relaxing room with a huge bathroom & original claw foot bath. House guests have full use of our family room with wood fire, library, and outdoor decks.
Monday - Thursday - $165 per couple per night includes fully cooked breakfast.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & P/H - $190 per couple per night includes a fully cooked breakfast.
The CottageA rustic and delightful hideaway - The cream room of the original dairy - wood fire and air conditioning, TV, dvd, and disc player. Microwave and BBQ cooking only.
Monday - Thursday - $145 per couple per night - includes continental breakfast.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & P/H - $165 per couple per night - includes continental breakfast.
Continental Breakfast consists of fresh and compote of stewed fruits, selection of cereals, yoghurt, juices, toast,muffins and home made preserves, tea and coffee.
A traditional cooked breakfast also includes eggs, smoked eye bacon, pan fried mushrooms with basil, chipolatas or similar seasonal combinations.
Afternoon tea (included in your tariff) is served to House guests between 3:00pm and 4:30pm and delights delivered for cottage guests to enjoy.
Complimentary port and chocolates are included, and on weekends, newspapers.
Corporate business single person rates do apply during the week i.e. Monday - Thursday , public holidays excepted, depending on availability. $115 for the cottage and $130 for house rooms per night- both include a continental breakfast.Special rates do apply for longer or consistent stays.

Departure by 10:30am - late checkouts are strictly by arrangement and may attract an additional charge.

We reserve the right to vary our tariffs or conditions at any time without notice. "Special" rates or packages MAY NOT be available during heavy periods or major events however we would be delighted to discuss your circumstances. Cancellation policy - we will exercise discretion with this arrangement but generally these rules apply:
(1) If your reservation is canceled within 72 hours of arrival a 20% fee is charged to your credit card if we are unable to re book your room.
(2) Cancellation within 24 hours incurs a 50% fee and if
(3) You don't arrive without explanation, on the day, we reserve the right to debit your credit card with the full amount.
Naturally we understand circumstances change and we will gladly reschedule your visit - all we ask is the courtesy of knowing in advance.
